$7.95 LIVE OPERATOR SERVICES:

    1. Receive a phone call from a Live Operator upon any alarm condition to receive a password to cancel the alarm.

    2. If there is no answer, or no password, the Live Operator will contact the Authorities.

    3. After the Authorities are dispatched, the Live Operator will call your emergency call list to notify someone of the alarm.

    4. NO online access with this plan.

$12.95 LIVE OPERATOR + TOTAL CONTROL SERVICES:

          1. Receive a real-time notification of alarms on your Smart phone to allow you to use our APP to CANCEL or ESCLATE the alarm condition.

          2. If not Cancelled through the APP, SMS or IVR, you will then receive a phone call from a Live Operator upon any alarm condition to receive a password to cancel the alarm.

          3. If there is no answer, or no password, the Live Operator will contact the Authorities.

          4. After the Authorities are dispatched, the Live Operator will call your emergency call list to notify someone of the alarm.

          5. Plus, with TOTAL CONTROL® You also get online access for the following:
