One-Time Set-Up Fees

  • NEW DEALER/PARTNER SETUP FEE (INCLUDES FIRST MONTHS MEMBERSHIP): $9.95
  • NEW SUBSCRIBER ACTIVATION FEE: $5.95 + OPTIONAL SERVICES ADDED FOR FIST 2 MONTHS. (VirtuAlarm® bills 30 days in advance)

  • I-NOTIFY®: Included Free w/Total Control. <- Notify up to 10 users by APP,SMS & IVR of Alarm events, if not cancelled, they’re are sent to your Central Station.
  • D-NOTIFY®: Included Free w/Total Control. <- DIY Monitoring – Notify up to 10 users of Alarm events by SMS to ‘one-click- call” their local 911 center.
  • T-NOTIFY®: Included Free w/Every Customer Account. ( Techs/Installers can send alarm signals directly into their mobile phone in real-time.)
  • iPhone® APP: Included Free w/Total Control. <- Download free at Apple Store.
  • Android® APP: Included Free w/Total Control. <- Download free at Google.

Alarm Signal Forwarding Service Fees:

  • IP/C.S. NETWORK: Direct signaling between VirtuAlarm® and American Digital Monitoring® using our IP Direct NETWORK. $0.00.
  • Non-PSTN inbound signal processing for devices, both VirtuAlarm® and non-VirtuAlarm® types. I.e. M2M, AlarmNet, Alula, Telguard, Napco, IP Alarm, IP-LTE Alarm etc.) $2.50
  • VirtuAlarm® Single Inbound Toll Free Receiver. (Accepts All Receiver Formats, but sends Non-Contact ID Formats to Receiver Farm.) $0.05 per PSTN account. 
  • Receiver Farm Signal Processing. (Forwarded from Virtualarm® Receiver if NOT Contact ID Format.) +$1.00. (If PSTN signal is not CID or programmed to old ADM receiver number.)

  • M2M DOWNLOAD SOFTWARE: $17.50 (Allows for unlimited upload/downloading of panels over the cellular connection using alarm panels software.)
  • FAILURE TO PROCESS NON-UL FIRE ACCOUNTS THROUGH THE VIRTUALARM FALSE ALARM PLATFORM. $1.00

Our Billing Policy:

  1. Unless arraigned in advance with VirtuAlarm® for direct billing, all fees will be charged to the Dealers credit card or ECH/EFT on file as they are created.
  2. Any device setup fees will be charged upon activation, plus the first 2 months of services, with no pro-rating. (VirtuAlarm® bills 1 month in advance.)
  3. All devices shall be re-billed on the 1st of the month, each new calendar month, for the next month in advance and is non-prorated or refundable.
  4. All devices shall be continuously be re-billed until such time the Dealer DELETES the Customer account with the associated device in their dashboard.
  5. Any Dealer account past due may charged a 5%, MINIMUM $15.00 late fee after 15 days.
  6. Any past due account 25 days or more may be suspended and require full payment plus a $1.00 per account, minimum $25.00 reactivation fee.
  7. Each month, the Subscriber is charged for their pre-set fees based on the Dealers input and verified signals received/processed.
  8. A monthly base fee of $2.50 on each Subscriber account, except for express devices will be added to any account..
  9. VirtuAlarm® performs daily audits on accounts and will auto-adjust add-on fees should any account be found to have any optional services.
  10. VirtuAlarm® has the right to back charge up to a full year on any previously uncharged optional services once they are discovered.
  11. All future billing and all previously billed fees for each account shall be visible in the Dealers “Billing Ledger” to be viewed 24/7.
  12. Use of a credit card for auto-payment shall bear a 4% Add-On fee for paid gross dealer charges.
  13. Use of ECH/EFT for auto-payment shall not be charged any fees for paid gross dealer charges.  

Our Service Terms:

  1. All services and pricing subject to change with a 30-day notice.
  2. Any billing errors must be reported to VirtuAlarm® by Dealer within 90 days of occurrence.
  3. VirtuAlarm has the right to re-bill Dealer up to 90- days after any billing error may be discovered.
  4. Express service signals must be sent to a VirtuAlarm partner Central Station over the C.S. Network.
  5. Express service includes C.S. network forwarding of medical, fire, panic and burglar alarm signals only. (See Express Signal Filter.)
  6. Express services logs all openings, closing, tests, trouble or supervisory signals in VirtuAlarm® history.
  7. Express Service does not include any UL Fire, V-Notify, I-Notify or D-Notify, SMS, IVR, Smart Phone or End-user services or access.
  8. Migration of any device into VirtuAlarm® for Dealer activation shall be at no charge.
  9. Once a device has been migrated into, or activated in VirtuAlarm®, it cannot be released or migrated out of  VirtuAlarm®.
  10. AlarmNet® for Less pricing based on total number of AlarmNet accounts using AlarmNet360 with a minimum of 25 accounts. Dealer required to reimburse VirtuAlarm® for their monthly wholesale AlarmNet360 fees plus a service fee. A security deposit equal to 100% of the Dealers monthly wholesale fees billed through AlarmNet 360 shall be held by VirtuAlarm®. Then, each month a fixed amount will be charged to Dealers payment source with semi-annual adjustments. (Contact a representative for full details.)
  11. Any devices leased through VirtuAlarm, including “Hardware As A Service” (HAAS) devices, must be returned to VirtuAlarm upon service termination or a separate retail fee will be charged to the Dealer.  We recommend updating the Customer information instead of cancelling the device itself.
