If you ordered a new ALL ACCESS M2M PRIVATE PORTAL, follow these instructions on how to login for the first time.
(1) Log into your VirtuAlarm Dealer account at www.VirtuAlarm.com
(2) Once in your Dealer account, on the DEALER DASHBOARD page, click the “DEALER SERVICES” tab in the upper left.
(3) Once the DEALER SERVICES page has opened, Scroll down and click on the “RED M2M ALL ACCESS” portal tab.
(4) Enter your 10-digit numeric telephone number as your NAME. 
(Only numbers, no dashes.)
(5) Your temporary password is ‘1234″. 
Be sure to change it as soon as possible for your security.
(6) When logging into your New M2M ALL ACCESS Portal for the first time, you may not be able to locate some of your Devices that are either in the field or not yet in use. If this is the case, or your missing some devices that you have not yet activated into VirtuAlarm, to add them, please visit: http://m2mmigration.myvirtualarm.com
