While the United States and Canada may have different actual Sunset dates, VirtuAlarm® runs it network in the United States, which would make the timing of the 3G/4G sunset to be sooner than that in Canada.  Since our network 3G/4G sunset has already begun, our first step towards a complete shutdown is the restriction of adding or re-activating any existing 3G/4G (Non-LTE) devices to our network as of December 1st,2021. 

Our Canadian Dealers can replace any existing 3G/4G cellular transmitter with the M2M-LTE version that is readily available at www.M2MofCanada and receive a $25/CAD credit towards their Dealer account.
