(1) Purchase a iP-Wi-Fi online for wholesale at www.VirtuAlarm.com or a Dealer 5 Pack at Amazon.com

(2) Within a one day of completion of the alarm system installation, using the 6-digit MAC ADDRESS number of the IP-WI-FI be installed for alarm transmission, go online to VirtuAlarm to setup the new Customer account.

(3) When completing a new customer setup from, use one of the 4-digit account numbers you were issued in your 100 block of accounts.

(4) When selecting a NOTIFICATION OPTION, we recommend  to enter the INSTALLERS phone number in the NOTIFICATION section to allow them to view all alarm signals during the installation and testing phase.

(5) When selecting a REPORTING OPTION, you MUST select the option “A.P. Process Signals + Bill My Customers with Alarm Partner Management Services”

(6) Enter the Customers month to month rate to be charged and the CUSTOMERS payment source at this time.

(7) Upon completion of the VirtuAlarm Customer Setup page, you will be automatically re-directed to a Subscriber Central Station Data Sheet for the same account to be completed.  Please select ADD NEW ACCOUNT and complete it AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.  If you do not have all the information, you can UPDATE the information at a later time by visiting the same Subscriber Central Station Data Sheet and select “UPDATE EXISTING ACCOUNT”

(8) Install and test the alarm system and verify Signals through VirtuAlarm.

(9) Re-visit the New Customer setup  section in your Dealer account to update the Notification phone numb er entered in order for the Customer to start receiving alarm notifications on their cell phone.

(10) Upon completion of the installation, re-visit the customers account in VirtuAlarm to update the notification phone number so the customer will begin to receive alarm notifications on their cell phone.

(11) If you need to update any account information for the monitoring center, you can visit the Subscriber Central Station Data Sheet and select “UPDATE EXISTING ACCOUNT” to provide any additional information.
