VirtuAlarm® offers its Monitored Dealers (VA) and Affiliate Dealers (AP) the ability to add, change or update all of its Subscribers alarm information in the Central Station in REAL-TIME by using our Dealer access service portal www.GoToMyAlarm.com .
To add a NEW SUBSCRIBER:
(a) Have the installer send in a TEST SIGNAL to automatically create a “SHELL ACCOUNT”.
(b) Log into the Central Station Access using www.GoToMyAlarm.com with your 4-digit Dealer ID and Password. (All Must Be In CAPS)
(First time users use “WELCOME” as your FIRST TIME password. Once in, your forced to change it for security purposes.)
(c) Use Dealer Access to ADD, CHANGE, or UPDATE the Following for FREE:
Add, Change or Update:
Subscriber Names
Subscriber Addresses
Subscriber Premises Phone Numbers
Alarm Zone Information & Descriptions
Emergency Call lists
Temporary and Permanent Notes
And Much More…
or you can still choose to have VirtuAlarm to load the information on his behalf for $4.50
