(1) Each Alarm Partner receives their own “APXX” Dealer ID which is also the leading 4 digits to their accounts.  The Dealer can select any final 4 digit account number of their choice from 0001 to 9998, taking caution NOT to use any triple repeat digits such a 0111, 0222,0333 etc.

(2) We recommend that the Dealer keep a list of the account numbers that they have already used, then verify that the 4-digit account number they want to program into the alarm panel is available.

(3)  Install the new customer using the 4-digit account number you selected and test signals into the alarm monitoring center.  Since the account number has never been used before, after receipt of a 2nd signal, it will create a blank “unknown account” which will allow you to call the central station at 1-800-765-2580 to confirm receipt of the correct account number and alarm signal(s).

(4) Within 24 hours of completion of the new alarm sending signals, you must add the new customer information into VirtuAlarm on line at  www.VirtuAlarm.com> LOGIN>Affiliate/Reseller Login.

(5) Complete a new customer setup and select the option “A.P. Process Signals + Bill My Customers with Alarm Partner Management Services“.  Enter your Alarm Partner ID and then the consumers credit card information and their monthly rate.

(4) Upon completion of the VirtuAlarm Customer Setup page, you will be automatically re-directed to a Subscriber Central Station Data Sheet for the same account to be completed.
