VirtuAlarm not only accepts its own IPalarm and M2M transmitters into its platform, but we also accept alarm signals from any non-VirtuAlarm transmitter available in the market today.
To have a 3rd party transmitter processed through ViurtuAlarm, you will first be required to have an un-registered device. Once you have confirmed the device is not registered, you can request that VirtuAlarm support register it for you by selecting “Register 3rd party Device” below.
Upon completion of the device registration and activation, our support department will will provide you with the 4-digit account number that it has been assigned. You will then use that 4-digit account number as the device ID when selecting the “PSTN, Identified by Account Number” option in the New Customer setup.
