When creating a New VirtuAlarm Customer, the current platform does not allow the same email address to be used on multiple accounts.  VirtuAlarm is in the process of making an update to the platform to allow duplicate emails addresses for different accounts.

In order to allow a faux duplicate email address for now, please enter a random 10 alpha-numeric string of charters followed by @virtualarm.com as your customers email address in their 2nd, 3rd, 4th etc. locations.  Then complete the form below for us to forward that faux email address to the customer valid email address for you.

Once the software has been updated to allow duplicate email addresses, we will automatically update your customers with the correct email address.
