In order to preserve our records, we require the CONSUMER to request cancellation by visiting

No cancellations can be made over the phone, by email, fax or in writing.  If your customer does not have online access, then it is up to the Affiliate to complete the cancellation request on behalf of their customer.

(For liability purposes, we highly recommend that the Affiliate receive written notice from the Customer prior to requesting cancellation on their behalf.  Additionally, under no circumstance will VirtuAlarm cancel the consumer on behalf of the Affiliate or the Consumer unless the account goes into default.)
