Our Billing Policy:
- Unless arraigned in advance with VirtuAlarm® for direct billing, all fees will be charged to the Dealers credit card on file as they are created.
- Any device setup fees will be charged upon activation, plus the first 2 months of services, with no pro-rating. (VirtuAlarm® bills 1 month in advance.)
- All devices shall be re-billed on the 1st of the month, each new calendar month, for the next month in advance and is non-prorated or refundable.
- All devices shall be continuously be re-billed until such time the Dealer DELETES the Customer account with the associated device in their dashboard.
- Delayed billing by credit card requires all unpaid fees and newly generated monthly fees to be calculated and paid in full on the 1st day of each month.
- Delayed direct billing requires all unpaid fees and newly generated monthly fees to be calculated and invoiced net 15, to the Partner by the 5th day of the month.
- Any past due account may charged a $15.00 late fee after the 15th of the month.
- Any past due account 20 days or more may be suspended and require full payment plus a $5.95 per account, minimum $25.00 reactivation fee.
- Each month, the Subscriber is charged for their pre-set fees based on the Dealers input.
- A Base fee of $8.95 on each Subscriber account it automatically withheld starting the first month the account was entered by the Dealer.
- VirtuAlarm® performs routine audits on all newly added accounts and will adjust the base fee withheld should the account be found to have any optional services.
- VirtuAlarm® has the right to back charge up to a full year on any previously uncharged optional services once they are discovered.
- Affiliate may request a future withholding adjustment should they make any system changes to remove optional services they are being charged/withheld for.
- All PAID Subscriber fees above the withholding fee for each account shall be posted to the Dealers “Billing Ledger” where it can be reviewed 24/7.
- Any FAILED payments shall show in the “Billing Ledger”, and not be credited to the Dealer until such time that they have become a “Completed Payment”.
- Any Subscriber account past due 10 days will be charged a late fee by VirtuAlarm®.
- Any Subscriber account past due 30 days will be charged directly to the Dealer, but will be reimbursed should the Subscriber bring their account up to date.
- Should the Affiliate not have enough funds collected to pay for any withholding total, the outstanding fees will be charged to the Dealers payment source directly.
- All funds accumulated in the Affiliates Billing Ledger shall be paid to the Affiliate through PayPal using their email of record when the Affiliate requests a payout ONLINE at www.Payout.MyVirtuAlarm.com.
Service Terms:
- All services and pricing subject to change with a 30-day notice.
- Any billing errors must be reported to VirtuAlarm® by Dealer within 90 days of occurrence.
- VirtuAlarm has the right to re-bill Dealer up to 1 year after any billing error may be discovered.
- Express service signals must be sent to a VirtuAlarm partner Central Station over the C.S. Network.
- Express service includes C.S. network forwarding of medical, fire, panic and burglar alarm signals only. (See Express Signal Filter.)
- Express services logs all openings, closing, tests, trouble or supervisory signals in VirtuAlarm® history.
- Express Service does not include any UL Fire, V-Notify, I-Notify or D-Notify, SMS, IVR, Smart Phone or End-user services or access.
- Migration of any device into VirtuAlarm® for Dealer activation shall be at no charge.
- Migration of any device being released by VirtuAlarm® shall be charged a $4.50/USD processing fee, plus $50.00/USD less $1.00 per month the individual device has been active and on-line with VirtuAlarm®.
- AlarmNet® for Less pricing based on total number of AlarmNet accounts using AlarmNet360 with a minimum of 25 accounts. Dealer required to reimburse VirtuAlarm® for their monthly wholesale AlarmNet360 fees plus a service fee. A security deposit equal to 100% of the Dealers monthly wholesale fees billed through AlarmNet 360 shall be held by VirtuAlarm®. Then, each month a fixed amount will be charged to Dealers payment source with semi-annual adjustments. (Contact a representative for full details.)
