Customer / Dealer Signal Notification Services:

  • V-NOTIFY®: Included Free w/Total Control. <- Notify up to 10 users by APP,SMS of Alarm events as they are sent to your Central Station.
  • I-NOTIFY®: Included Free w/Total Control. <- Notify up to 10 users by APP,SMS & IVR of Alarm events, if not cancelled, they’re are sent to your Central Station.
  • D-NOTIFY®: Included Free w/Total Control. <- DIY Monitoring – Notify up to 10 users of Alarm events by SMS to ‘one-click- call” their local 911 center.
  • T-NOTIFY®: Included Free w/Every Customer Account. <- NEW: Techs/Installers can test alarm signals directly into their mobile phone in real-time.
  • iPHONE® APP: Included Free w/Total Control. <- Download free at Apple Store
  • Android® APP: When Available, Included Free w/Total Control. <- Download free at Google when available.

Alarm Signal Forwarding Service Fees:

  • IP/C.S. NETWORK: Included Free (Requires Central Station to be a VirtuAlarm® Central Station Partner and be issued a FREE IP Receiver.)
  • PSTN – TOLL FREE: +$1.00 Mo. to forward signals to your alarm receivers toll-free number, if your Central Station is not a VirtuAlarm® Central Station Partner.
  • PSTN – DIRECT DIAL: +$2.00 Mo. to forward signals to your alarm receivers non-toll-free number, if your Central Station is not a VirtuAlarm® Central Station Partner.)
  • 150 SIGNALS PER CALENDAR MONTH, included at no charge. A fee of $0.01.5¢ (One & a Half Cents) per signal received above 150 in a calendar month.

Optional Communication Service Fees:

  • Inbound Toll Free PSTN Receiver line: $1. 00 (VirtuAlarm® accepts CID signals sent over a phoneline into our Virtual Toll Free Receiver line.)
  • Non-Alpha PSTN Receiver line: Included Free (VirtuAlarm® accepts CID signals sent over a phoneline into our Virtual Local Receiver line.)
  • UL FIRE processing platform: $3.00 (Required for any Fire account that needs to meet UL Fire standards.)
  • M2M Download Software: Base Fee + $15.00 (Allows for unlimited upload/downloading of panels over the cellular connection using alarm panels software.)

  • Video Link: Included Free
  • Remote Arming: IPAlarm w/Total Control: Included Free
  • Remote Arming: M2M Services: Included Free (Requires Dealer have a M2M Private portal.)
  • Dealer M2M Private Portal: $5.00 (Allows for unlimited number of M2M devices to allow remote arming/disarming + diagnostic features.)
  • M2M Dealer Multi-User Private Portal: $10.00 (Same as Private Portal, but allows for multiple users.)

Our Billing Policy:

  1. Unless arraigned in advance with VirtuAlarm® for direct billing, all fees will be charged to the Dealers credit card on file as they are created.
  2. Any device setup fees will be charged upon activation, plus the first 2 months of services, with no pro-rating. (VirtuAlarm® bills 1 month in advance.)
  3. All devices shall be re-billed on the 1st of the month, each new calendar month, for the next month in advance and is non-prorated or refundable.
  4. All devices shall be continuously be re-billed until such time the Dealer DELETES the Customer account with the associated device in their dashboard.
  5. Delayed billing by credit card requires all unpaid fees and newly generated monthly fees to be calculated and paid in full on the 1st day of each month.
  6. Delayed direct billing requires all unpaid fees and newly generated monthly fees to be calculated and invoiced net 15, to the Partner by the 5th day of the month.
  7. Any past due account may charged a $15.00 late fee after the 15th of the month.
  8. Any past due account 20 days or more may be suspended and require full payment plus a $5.95 per account, minimum $25.00 reactivation fee.

Service Terms:

  1. All services and pricing subject to change with a 30-day notice.
  2. Any billing errors must be reported to VirtuAlarm® by Dealer within 90 days of occurrence.
  3. VirtuAlarm has the right to re-bill Dealer up to 90- days after any billing error may be discovered.
  4. Express service signals must be sent to a VirtuAlarm partner Central Station over the C.S. Network.
  5. Express service includes C.S. network forwarding of medical, fire, panic and burglar alarm signals only. (See Express Signal Filter.)
  6. Express services logs all openings, closing, tests, trouble or supervisory signals in VirtuAlarm® history.
  7. Express Service does not include any UL Fire, V-Notify, I-Notify or D-Notify, SMS, IVR, Smart Phone or End-user services or access.
  8. Migration of any device into VirtuAlarm® for Dealer activation shall be at no charge.
  9. Migration of any device being released by VirtuAlarm® shall be charged a $4.50/USD processing fee, plus $50.00/USD less $1.00 per month the individual device has been active and on-line with VirtuAlarm®.
  10. AlarmNet® for Less pricing based on total number of AlarmNet accounts using AlarmNet360 with a minimum of 25 accounts. Dealer required to reimburse VirtuAlarm® for their monthly wholesale AlarmNet360 fees plus a service fee. A security deposit equal to 100% of the Dealers monthly wholesale fees billed through AlarmNet 360 shall be held by VirtuAlarm®. Then, each month a fixed amount will be charged to Dealers payment source with semi-annual adjustments. (Contact a representative for full details.)
