In order to meet with UL and NFPA Standards, a fire alarm condition must be reported directly to the Fire Department within seconds of its receipt. The VirtuAlarm FIRE platform solution does not restrict the fire alarm signal from being delivered immediately to the Monitoring Center, while simultaneously sending out notifications to on call runners or responsible parties. While the fire alarm is being dispatch to the fire department, notifications are being sent out in real time through the VirtuAlarm APP, then by SMS and finally by Automated IVR Phone calls. With the VirtuAlarm FIRE platform, fire alarm response can be prevented or even recalled saving valuable fire department resources.
