VirtuAlarm’s automatic notification services puts the ability to quickly and effectively have the end user or their appointees STOP false alarms through the multi-tiered use of APAAS, SMS and automated IVR calls, prior to having an alarm signal forwarded to the Central Station or Monitoring Center of the Dealers choice. The End User can set up each alarm notification tree for up to 10 users as they see fit, screening what alarm conditions are sent to what people and devices, over the period of time that they want. This not only allows the end users to STOP any false alarm BEFORE they even reach the monitoring center, but also allows them to notify the Central Station or Monitoring Center to CANCEL the alarm in progress AFTER it may have already been sent out for dispatch.
