NEW AFFILIATE INFORMATION

Each Affiliate has a unique 4-digit Affiliate ID is 4-digits from AP01 to AP99 that must be used on any forms or correspondence as well as with the Central Station when testing alarm signals.  Dealers are also issued a block of 100 4-digit alpha-numeric account numbers to use when using a VirtuAlarm transmitter or sending alarm signals over a telephone line using their assigned Toll Free receiver line.

VirtuAlarm accepts all types of alarm systems, with virtually every type of transmitter, even if reported over a telephone line.  Soon we will also have our own alarm system that our Affiliates and Dealers can offer throughout the U.S. and Canada.

While its not required, we request that you use VirtuAlarm transmitters as much as possible, as they were designed to send signals into the VirtuAlarm directly in order to take advantage of our multiple custom notifications, including our false alarm reduction platform and our DIY 911 dispatching platform.

However, if you still wish to use a Non-VirtuAlarm transmitter, you cannot use the pre-assigned 4-digit alpha-numeric account  numbers and will need to be issued a different 4-digit account number from support.  Once received, your welcome to activate the transmitter yourself using your own account, or request VirtuAlarm to activate the transmitter and deduct the monthly service fees from your Affiliate account.

No matter how you choose to send signals, the VirtuAlarm platform will perform your monthly billing to the customer using a credit card or checking account (EFT).  VirtuAlarm does not accept direct billing to customers based on high delinquency rates.  With VirtuAlarm. you choose the monthly rate to have us charge your customers, with a minimum of $8.95.

All your customers, including a list of all payments received, withholding and payments due you on the 15th of every month, will be listed in your VirtuAlarm Dealer pages regardless of what type of signal transmission was selected.

Each day you will be sent an email with a “daily activity report” on all your accounts from the Central Station. Please review your accounts activities and contact your Subscribers to assist them if you find they are having issues with their alarm system.  Reaching out to your Customers before they get any possible false alarm fines can and will save you time and money.

Remember, their are no additional withholding or monthly service fees when using VirtuAlarm transmitters.

Below is a list of service withholding fees when not using a VirtuAlarm transmitter:

  • $5.00 for a “MULTI-PARTITION” alarm system.
  • $1.00 + for Daily, Weekly or Monthly “LOGGED” auto test signals.
  • $3.00+ for Daily, Weekly or Monthly “SUPERVISED” auto test signals.
  • $5.00 for any “OPENING or CLOSING” signals.
  • $5.00+ for any “COMMERCIAL UL FIRE” accounts.
  • $5.00+ for any “TRANSMITTER SERVICE FEES” paid on Dealers Behalf.
  • $3.00 + for any “INTERACTIVE SERVICE FEES” paid on Dealers Behalf.
