This tutorial was designed to assist VirtuAlarm Authorized dealers in adding or changing Subscriber information in VirtuAlarm only.
You will also be required to provide Subscriber information to your monitoring center for their response.
All alarm signals reported to a monitoring center over PSTN (Phone line) will be re-transmitted to them in Ademco Contact-ID format.
If an authorized VirtuAlarm Central Station is selected, alarm signals are re-sent over IP into the monitoring centers automation system.
If your existing monitoring center is not an Authorized VirtuAlarm Central Station, have them contact us to receive a free IP connection.
